What's Happening
The local market (Bruce and Grey County area) tends to be quite strong and higher sale prices are being
recorded overall especially along the Lake Huron Shore Line.
The market appears to be driven by several factors. Bruce Power Restart Project is bringing in a host of contractors and
permanent staff , baby boomers are in full swing buying their retirement homes or recreational properties and of course the
tourists are still interested in this area because of the great sand beaches and a multitude of things to do. Farms Sales
appear to be very quiet at this time but properly listed farms will sell. The market is strong and buyers should try know
their financial abilities prior to looking as a properly listed home is only on the market a few days.
